The software is a graphics based concept where the manager uses colour coded drag and drop technology to position jobs for all contractors & staff on uploaded architectural and technical drawings. The contractor or staff member receives the job along with instructions and images to enable satisfactory outcomes.

The manager and contractor can communicate via an internal messaging system and, when complete, the contractor marks the job as complete, ready for inspection.

With all tasks & jobs documented, there is historic evidence in the case of disputes & incidents, and related reports can be run to show a full history of each job, contractor or building.

Also, all staff job related movements and actions can be tracked via technology to ensure the correct personnel are on site, performing agreed worksite tasks.

The system can be used for all processes, customer approval, contractor management, quality audits and long term maintenance.
